Authorise us to collect your vehicle
Subject: Vehicle / Bike Registration Number and Name
Dear Valued Client,
Thank you for requesting assistance with the recovery of your impounded vehicle / bike.
To enable us to proceed, please email the Charlton Police Pound at charltondocuments@met.police.uk or for Perivale Police Pound at perivaledocuments@met.police.uk with copies of the following documents:
- A copy of the vehicle / bike registered keeper’s full UK driving licence, or the director’s travel passport
- A copy of the vehicle / bike V5C (first three pages only)
- A copy of your insurance certificate
- A signed letter of authorisation confirming that you authorise Police Pound Recovery (John Anthony) to act on your behalf and recover your vehicle / bike
Please ensure that you copy us into the email by adding one of the following addresses in CC:
